Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind. We only replace or refund items if there is an error, damage or poor quality.
To request a refund, you need to take a photo of the faulty product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Reprints
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send a photo of the defective item and once the return is accepted, a reprint will be sent to you.
Refunds
If a charging error occurs during your order, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
